I am posting this early because we are expecting a call from our son and daughter-in-law, Aaron and Christy, that their baby is on the way. We’re about to be grandparents any day now to Lillian Dawn Lemons. I know a lot of lives are about to change and we’re all very excited.
This image was inspired by the colorful red paintbrushes that are blooming in among the bluebonnets at this time of year and the views that our family has often witnessed on one of many trips through west Texas on our way to New Mexico. Hope you can appreciate this simple composition as I have tried to reflect the stark, natural beauty of the land and the sky. I always welcome your comments.
